THANKSGIVING FAQ

November 1 - online (only).

We are only taking pre-orders for our Regular 9" Whole Pies at this time. Due to the large volume of pies baked for Thanksgiving, we do not have the oven capacity to make our other items.

We are only taking pre-orders for our Regular 9" Whole Pies at this time. Due to the large volume of pies baked for Thanksgiving, we do not have the oven capacity to make our other items.

Each year we do lots and lots of mathematical calculations to figure out exactly how many pies we can bake in a 48-hour period based on the number of ovens we have, how many team members and the ingredients needed.

We bake to-order only for this holiday. We will not have any additional inventory for walk~ins this week.

To reduce wait time, the suggested time frame is listed below

by First initial of Last Name

10AM - 11AM ABC

11AM - 12PM DEFGHI

 12PM -  1PM JKLMNOP

          1PM -  2PM QRSTUVWXYZ

If the suggested time does not work for you...not to worry, you can come in anytime between 10am - 2pm to pickup your order. Orders that are not picked up by 2pm will be donated to Safehome.

All of our pies are made without preservatives, so please follow our recommended storage methods closely to ensure your pie stays fresh:

Fruit Pies: Best kept in their box in a cool, dry place until ready to serve. Good for up to 2-3 days from pick-up. To prolong the life, refrigerate it up to 5 days from pick-up.

Pecan Pies: Best kept in their box in a cool, dry place until ready to serve. Good for up to 4 days from pick-up. To prolong the life, you can wrap it tightly and freeze for up to 3 weeks.

Pumpkin Pie: Our cream pies require refrigeration and are good for up to 3 days from pick-up when refrigerated.

We don't promote this because the overall quality will suffer freezing a fresh baked pie, but it is an option.

Wrap pie in plastic & place it in the pie box to freeze.
